Savoury Chocolate Canapés, oh my!

We recently held our first Chocolate Canapes Workshop at the Rococo Chocolate school.

A great time in the kitchen was had by all, preparing Chocolate Olive Tapenade, Goat’s Cheese Ganache and some ‘Extreme’ Canapés from Chantal Coady’s book, Rococo, Mastering the Art of Chocolate.

The weather didn’t cooperate, so we enjoyed the canapés inside. As you can tell from the leftovers, the weather didn’t dampen our chocolate party!
