Divertimenti interview with Chantal

Chantal recently took part in a Culinary Salon hosted by Divertimenti and Daunt Books (both neighbours around the corner from our Moxon St store) to celebrate Divertimenti’s 50th birthday.

Julia Platt Leonard interviewed Chantal about the process for creating her latest book, making people happy and about how working in chocolate is even more satisfying 30 years on thanks to our connections with the Grenada Chocolate Company.
