12 Great Stocking Fillers

This bicycle notebook from Paperchase is lovely and very affordable. It’s also a stocking present with the glorious potential keep the kids occupied and give you an extra 30 minutes of sleep, especially if you team it with the colouring pencils below and suggest some things to draw on the first page.

chilli bee bar

Our mini Bee Bars come in 15 flavours, so everyone’s stocking can have something different. Milk chocolate (plain, honeycomb or sea salt) or white chocolate with raspberry fizz will suit the timid and sweet-of-tooth, or be brave with chilli, violet or basil & lime flavours.

There’s a place for ultra-high-end luxury hand creams, and that place is beautifully wrapped in a box under the tree. This Q10 Plus Age Defying Hand Cream from Nivea gets consistently good reviews, and at under a fiver and with neutral packaging that men will be happy to use too, it’s a brilliant stocking present.

The best stocking fillers are either enjoyable or the kind of useful thing you’d forget to buy yourself. Button push pins from Cox and Cox fit the bill perfectly.

Jello Love Babes: tangy, fruity, sweet and one of our most popular products for stockings.

At the time of writing, the Science Museum had a 3 for 2 offer on all stocking fillers, including these wind-up robots and 3D space cookie cutters. The little fella on the right is my favourite.

Snowman Lollipop

This year, Barry and the kitchen team have been hard at work making adorable festival chocolate lollipops.

The snowman is made from white chocolate with a dark chocolate hat and crispy buttons, while the milk chocolate Christmas tree is subtly flavoured with silver fir oil and decorated with edible baubles. The Christmas pudding lollipop is one for more adult tastes, containing sultanas, roasted almonds and a dusting of Christmas spice. Buy them in our shops or click here.

You could get regular colouring pencils to go in your stockings, but these personalised colouring pencils from Able Labels are much more fun!

Case Closed Iphone Wallet

Chantal loves multi-functional phone cases with flip-covers and a sturdy fastening that also have card slots, so they can be used as minimalist wallets. You can find plenty of budget-friendly versions online, but I couldn’t resist sharing this felt phone wallet on Etsy, handmade in Oxford by Case Closed.

I remember chocolate coins being a staple of childhood stockings, but I’d have loved to find one of these giant gold chocolate coins there instead.

And finally, no stocking is complete without a satsuma or clementine!
