For those event bookers looking for a unique twist to a board meeting, training day or work function there’s the new Rococo Chocolates ice cream bike for hire.
The bike is the latest collaboration between artisan chocolatier Rococo Chocolates and The Chester Grosvenor since they opened a concession at the hotel earlier this year.
A fresh serving of ice cream or sorbet, in five different flavours, can be enjoyed by delegates as they break for lunch or refreshments.
The distinctive blue and white liveried Rococo Chocolates bike will be pedaled in by a boater-wearing ice cream seller. A traditional bicycle bell will summon your delegates to their ice cream surprise.
The quirky breakout treat is already proving popular with corporate bookers who love the fun, humour and uniqueness the ice cream bike brings to business events.
Paul Cookson, director of events, said:
“It’s been a real hit with delegates. Not only does the ice cream taste good but it’s a great talking point for people attending a conference or business event.
“We’re always looking for new and fresh ways to keep our offer for the conference market different and eye-catching.
“When you hear that ice cream bike bicycle tinkling it always raises a smile with a business audience and people are talking about it for the rest of the day.”
The bike is available for a three-hour hire slot, with 100 servings of ice cream in premium waffle cones, for £295.
Conference bookers wanting to brand their event will be offered the opportunity to create branded tubs, napkins and signage.
A wide range of Rococo Chocolates – from fresh truffles to marshmallows – are also available as corporate gifts from the on-site concession at The Chester Grosvenor.
