Making truffles is a great introduction to working with chocolate. The course will begin with an introduction to Rococo and a background about how chocolate is made. We will guide you through a brief chocolate tasting, so you know what to look for when making your own truffles.
In the chocolate kitchen, we begin with pre-made ganache. Each person will be able to create their unique truffles by rolling, dipping and coating. At the end of the class, you will pack up your creations to take home.
