‘Chocolate is exciting and sexy and I want to communicate that to people. They should walk into the shop and feel relaxed, happy and loved,’ she says.

A graduate of Camberwell School of Art and Crafts, Chantal’s design skills and taste for the theatrical come across in her three shops and in the brand’s distinctive packaging.

Obsessed with chocolate since a child, her career path has taken her from working in the Harrods chocolate department while at college to now being arguably the biggest producer of hand-crafted chocolate in Britain.
