Chocolate Week tasting at Hardy’s Brasserie in Marylebone

Start the week with a fabulous dinner at Hardy’s Brasserie in Marylebone hosted by Chantal Coady and Laurent Couchaux. With courses based on recipes from ‘Real Chocolate‘ by Chantal Coady. End the meal with a selection of wines paired with our hand made chocolates.

With thanks to Fiona Campbell for the Port: Quinta do Noval 10 Year Old Tawny (Gonzalez Byass), Brown Brothers for their Orange Muscat & Flora and their Zibibo Rosa, and Hardy’s for all their help and support. These are the chocs we will be serving at tonights tasting which is already sold out 🙁 :

Pigeon breast with white chocolate, saffron & cardamom
Courgette tempura
Crostini selection: Aubergine & goat’s cheese / Beetroot & chocolate

Marinated lamb chops, runner beans
Wild boar sausages with lentils & chocolate balsamic vinegar
Venison with red wine & chocolate
Reverend Mother’s Arm (Beetroot, spinach & mushroom cannelloni)

Earl Grey tea chocolate ganache
Vanilla ice cream affogato with Brooklyn chocolate stout

    I’ve heard it’s sold out now but may be worth calling Hardys on 0207 935 5929 to check if there’s not a waiting list for no-shows?
