Tempering Chocolate Master Class – FULLY BOOKED

Taught by our very own ‘Prof du Choc’, this course will teach you the fundamentals of the production of chocolate, working with chocolate and how to appreciate good chocolate. This workshop covers chocolate tempering, making solid chocolate figurines, decorations and tips for recreating the idea’s at home! After the class, you will taste a selection of our award-winning couture ganache collection guided by our head chocolatier, Barry Johnson.
Along with the instruction by Barry, this workshop also includes a goody bag worth over £50 with a Rococo Apron, Valrhona chocolate(to practice with at home) and a set of Rococo Recipe Cards.
Booking is essential as the class size is limited to 4 students.
