Rococo Chocolate Weekend at Castello di Potentino

Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Castello di Potentino this October for a chocolate filled weekend of activities and tastings.

Rococo founder and creative director Chantal Coady OBE will be hosting a weekend of chocolate making, starting with the raw cocoa beans all the way through to making ganache for truffles.



Thursday 6th October
Transfers arranged from Pisa Airport
Arrive at Potentino early evening
Dinner cooked by the Potentino team with Rococo ganaches

Friday 7th October
AM Workshop – From Chocolate to Castle: In Conversation with Chantal Coady, an in depth chocolate tasting
PM Workshop – Sweet & Savoury Ganache Making
Dinner – Chocolate themed meal with wine and chocolate pairing

Saturday 8th October
AM Workshop – Truffle Rolling and Chocolate Tempering
Lunch – pick and mix savoury chocolate pairings
PM Free Afternoon – Guests may use this time to visit local sites, walk in the the valley or visit hot springs, or simply sit by the swimming pool with a good book
Dinner – Gala Chocolate Dinner with guest chefs Robert Rossi of Il Silene and Maria Castellano, chef and food writer

Sunday 9th October
Chocolate Breakfast followed by departure



Double Room (single occupancy) £1300
Twin Room (based on 2 people sharing) £1200 per person
Double Room (based on 2 people sharing) £1200 per person
Triple Suite (based on 3 people sharing) £1100 per person

Fees Include:
Full board including all wines and lodging at the castle for three nights
Daily chocolate sessions and food workshops
Airport transfers from and to Pisa Airport

Guests may book extra nights at Potentino if they wish from €150 a night
