Chocolate Dinner at Hardy’s Brasserie & Wine Bar

Start your chocolate week off right, join us for the annual chocolate dinner at Hardy’s Brasserie & Wine Bar in Marylebone.
The evening will consist of a three course meal, all courses will contain chocolate and some are inspired by recipes from Chantal Coady’s Rococo, Mastering the Art of Chocolate.
The meal will conclude with a tasting of a selection from our award-winning couture ganache collection.

Bacon, pear & green bean salad
Devilled kidneys on toast
Confit duck in chocolate sauce, citrus braised fennel with white chocolate, autumn greens
Lapin a la moutarde, mash potato
Japanese pumpkin nimono, puy lentils, pak choi, sesame aubergine caviar
Earl grey tea ganache
Vanilla ice cream with Brooklyn chocolate stout
