Walking in to Rococo Chocolates on Motcomb Street is like stepping back in to a nuance of one’s childhood.

The atmosphere is inviting, and undertones of real, award winning chocolate waft through the doors – Rococo Chocolates has become a haven for connoisseurs of the craft.

With her third book, Rococo: Mastering the Art of Chocolate, being launched this November, it is clear that Chantal is keeping herself busy.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE CHOCOLATE YOU STOCK AT THE MOMENT?
That’s easy! Our new bar. It’s just pure Dark, Grenadian chocolate. We’ve become very involved with working ethically with a farm in Grenada over the past ten years. A little parcel arrived, and was delivered to me directly from a Grenadian who lived in London. It was all rather special.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?
The launch of the book, and I am on a constant mission to make people understand about paying more for chocolate. I hope to move Rococo on to the global platform eventually.
