It is about 1am now, Monday morning, pretty mellow sea and good wind, TH moving along quite fast (8.3 knots) heading toward Puerto Rico where we pass outside the Caribbean sea and take a right turn into the Atlantic ocean. The chocolate room temperature remains good, between 17 and 20C. I crawled into the chocolate cool room in the hold yesterday afternoon to make sure everything is perfectly dry and nothing is shifting around with the constant pitch of the boat. All was fine.
