‘Changing the Way People Think about Chocolate’ with Rococo founder Chantal Coady @V&A

Thursday 20th October, 7pm

Chantal Coady’s Rococo ‘Chocolatier of the Year 2011’ opened Rococo on the King’s Road in 1983. Since then Coady has gone on to change the way people experience chocolate and to push the boundaries of chocolate retailing.

Chantal will discuss Grococo; a radically different approach to cocoa farming where Rococo and the Grenada Chocolate Company have joined forces to produce fairly traded “ethical” chocolate. Chocolate recipe demonstrations, samples to try and bars available to buy on the night.
