Recipe to memorizze from Rococo’s in London
- equal ounces dark chocolate & brewed earl grey tea
- melt chocolate, keep on heat source & slowly add tea. it’ll clump at first, but keep stirring. make sure all clumps are dissolved so it’s not grainy.
- chill in small dishes (ramekins) until set (it’ll be like jello)
my fave dessert! note: it doesn’t work like a gananche, it’s a little too loose for truffles, etc
