“I have always been fanatical about Christmas – it’s a wonderful opportunity to really go to town and be creative in the kitchen. Since being asked to be one of just eight international chocolatiers to decorate a Christmas table for Royal Copenhagen’s annual Christmas table exhibition, year on year I try to create something really special for Christmas.
“One of the simplest and most delicious Christmassy puddings I have ever made is The Chocolate Teapot. The boiling cream delicately melts the chocolate and the tea adds a lovely delicate aroma to what is one of the simplest forms of ganache. This recipe is a suitably indulgent take on traditional afternoon tea – perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth!”
