The Rococo School of Chocolate at our Motcomb Street store has classes for every type of cook – for absolute beginners, right through to one-on-one master classes.

A fantastic hands-on opportunity to learn the art of chocolate making and cooking with chocolate, our classes combine both theory and practice and take place in our kitchen at Motcomb St with our award-winning chocolatier and Prof du Choc, Laurent Couchaux.

    Hmmm. Which one to eat first? I think I’ll take the one that loks like white chocolate mousse, cherries, chocolate mousse, crumbles of some sort and a bit of chocolate as a garnish. They all look so good!
