Rococo Chocolates – The Handbook

Incarcerated in a convent school she hated filled with terrible, cold school dinners, Chantal Coady discovered that chocolate makes the world a little better. In a cheerless place it provided her with a warm sprinkling of magic, and upon gaining her freedom she went on a mission to find good chocolate. She thought everyone dreamed of owning a chocolate shop, and refused to be talked out of her crazy idea of opening a place where people could indulge their wildest chocolate dreams. In March 1983, after a 10-week small business course, she opened the first Rococo Chocolates at 321 Kings Road in London.
